£20,000 BASIC SALARY WITH UNCAPPED OTE OF £35,000pa

The Company:
Our client, a leading Estate Agency business with 10 offices across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge, are on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer to join their Stansted team. Our client opened their doors almost 30 years ago and has grown substantially over the last 3 decades.

Their Stansted Branch is currently market-leaders in the town, so this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join a business that is forever forward-thinking and ahead of its competitors.

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer to join our client’s market-leading Stansted Office. The selected candidate will possess superb valuing experience with a good performance rate within the role.

Duties:
·Valuing and listing properties across Stansted and the surrounding areas
·Conducting viewings
·Cross-selling products such as Mortgage Appointments and conveyancing etc.
·Growing the market-share of the branch and ensuring that it is consistently ahead of its competitors
·Participating in morning meetings
·Achieving set KPI’s.
·Acting as Branch Manager when BM is away.
·Providing training to the sales team and keeping CRM system up to date

The Package:
·A starting salary of up to £20,000 is on offer for the appropriate candidate, with an uncapped OTE taking your earnings up to £35,000
·A company car/car allowance

Requirements from the candidate:
·MUST have at least 3 years’ experience in Estate Agency up to Valuer level
·MUST be a confident Lister with good conversion rates and fees achieved
·MUST be able to work as part of a team and on your own
·MUST possess superb customer-service skills, both over the phone and face to face.
·MUST be sales driven and be ready to go the extra mile
·MUST be able to lead and motivate a team

Working Hours:
·Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
·Every Saturday 9am-5pm with a day off in lieu
