Estates Coordinator

Location London Job Type Permanent
Salary £40000 - £45000 per annum + pension Sector Property Management

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Day to day management of the property portfolio
  • Reporting on financials (Budgets, expenditure, Year-end Accounts, Debtors, Voids, Developer Liability)
  • Preparation of weekly operation reports and monthly board packs
  • Oversee Managing Agents - acting Landlord for any queries (Licences, consents, lease enquiries, land registry etc.)
  • Ensure all developments are Health & Safety compliant, overseeing site inspections
  • Ensure Disaster Recovery and Estate Plans are in place for developments and regularly reviewed
  • Prepare Draft Managing Agent Agreements
  • Oversee any projects or major works in conjunction with the Agents
  • Tactful handling of customer complaints
  • Co-ordinate agent review meetings and document preparation and minute taking
  • Oversee and co-ordinate Heating and utility management
  • First review of O&M manuals for new schemes
  • Insurance handling, claims reporting and administrative management
  • Agent, contractor and site staff liaison
  • Invoice handling and ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Bespoke one off projects as deemed necessary

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 years minimum experience in residential property management and be literate in Microsoft Office packages. They're looking for someone with confidence and personality, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role would be great for someone who is passionate about their job and puts 100% into everything they do.
