This Award-Winning Prime Central London Agency is seeking motivated negotiators who have experience in parts of London that the firm does not currently cover. In particular they are seeking professionals from markets in Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham & Fulham but will consider other areas as well.
The role is to build a sales and lettings book in your chosen area using your own expertise and contacts. You will not only be responsible for winning instructions but also for negotiating the transactions. You will be an employee of the firm and the role pays a base salary. You will have the full support of Head Office including access to all legal documents you may need, photographers, floorplans, the company CRM, access to Lonres.com, Rightmove and Zoopla as well as international marketing, full professional indemnity insurance and a very supportive team - everything you would expect from a leading firm. For your lettings instructions, the firm operates a full ARLA registered property management service. You will be based in the field and work from home as well as Head Office, so this role would only suit professionals who are highly motivated and driven.
As the firm does not have offices in these areas, the role pays a high commission rate. Your total compensation package is limited only by your ambition.
The Firm will provide trainning in the way that they operate. Whilst they welcome all styles of agency, the ideal candidates will usually have at least 3 years experience in a negotiator role. You will have a relevant property exams (NAEA or ARLA) but if not, the firm will also pay for your trainning and examination costs.
