Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant (Lead on-site - Surrey)

Salary £24000 - £29000 per annum + 50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience) Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

My client is looking for a Senior and experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to take the lead on site in Surrey. Based on-site in a marketing suite, you will have the chance to sell off-plan for the UK's most prestigious developers.

Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant New Homes Sales experience. Interviewing end of January.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards

Salary:

  • Up to £29,000 (flexible on salary)
  • £50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
