Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant - Luxury Developer Kent

Salary £25000 - £28000 per annum + OTE £45,000 Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

One of my clients is looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join the team. You will be based in a marketing suite on a stunning development in Kent.

Please only apply to this role if you have sold off-plan, from a marketing suite and dealt with/sold from a portfolio of luxurious developments. If you have extensive high-end Estate agency experience and fancy a change, please also get in touch.

The Role:

  • Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
  • Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
  • Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous new homes/residential sales experience is a must
  • Able to work weekends - weekends on a rota
  • Outstanding area knowledge of Kent

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £28,000 OTE £45,000
(Flexible salary dependent on the individual - please get in touch if you have extensive experience but you are on more money).
