The New Homes market is thriving in the home counties and our client is looking for an outstanding New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team on a temporary contract, selling off plan. We are currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to loan work on a unique and trendy scheme in the emerging location, Maidenhead.
The role requires a proactive and charismatic Sales professional to work on-site; selling apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plan. We want to speak to individuals who are reliable, available immediately and with property sales experience. This is on ongoing temporary assignment with the opportunity to go perm for the right person.
New Homes experience is essential as you will be loan working and hand holding clients through the entire process; completions through to key hand over.
The Responsibilities of a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting the sales team and generating leads
- Basic administrative duties
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard
- Updating the database when required
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:
- Have New Homes or Property experience
- Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Have strong administration skills
- Be flexible to working weekends
- Be willing to work well as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
