Our client is looking for a London-based experienced New Homes sales consultant to negotiate the sales of their high-priced units.

With potential to earn a lot of money, this is the ideal role for a sales-savvy, senior New Homes sales advisor.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Weekend work is required
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- £55,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
(Will only consider those with relevant/senior New Homes experience/will also consider fluent Mandarin speakers/or Estate Agency background/luxury property sales).
