Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant - Prime Central London

Salary £28000 - £30000 per annum + 55,000 OTE uncapped Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

Our client is looking for a London-based experienced New Homes sales consultant to negotiate the sales of their high-priced units.

Founded in 1996, this property company delivers developments of the highest possible quality. A combination of exceptional craft and design, these prime Central London developments offer a touch of multi-million pound luxury.

With potential to earn a lot of money, this is the ideal role for a sales-savvy, senior New Homes sales advisor.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
  • Weekend work is required

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards

Salary:

  • Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
  • £55,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)

(Will only consider those with relevant/senior New Homes experience/will also consider fluent Mandarin speakers/or Estate Agency background/luxury property sales).
