One of my clients is looking for an Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team in Uxbridge to sell their luxury stock.
With an extensive land bank and lots of growth, this is a golden opportunity for an ambitious New Homes consultant.
If you have worked directly for a developer, sold in a marketing suite and off-plan - please do get in touch ASAP.
(Commutable from Harrow, Maidenhead, Slough, Wembley, Central London, Watford)
- Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
- Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
- Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
- Communicating with site managers and development team
- Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible
The suitable candidate:
- Previous property sales experience, ideally within New Homes
- Strong organisation skills/ability to multitask
- Interest in the new homes industry and progression
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends (on a rota)
In return our client is offering:
Base salary up to £25,000 base salary + up to £5000 allowance + commission
Must be able to work weekends
