One of my clients is looking for an Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for an Experienced or Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator looking for a new lucrative career in luxury retirement off-plan sales.
Based on the site in Chalfont St Peter, Gerrard's Cross, you would be selling to a market that is only increasing in size: Retirement is predicted to triple to £50 billion in 2023.
If you have sold units off-plan, from a marketing suite, and have experience selling luxury residential property, have exceptional customer service and client facing (or retirement sector) skills, please get in touch.
Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant New Homes Sales experience.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Switched on, sales savvy and driven
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £27,000 (flexible on salary)
- £50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
