Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator (Cambridgeshire)

A combination of luxury and contemporary, there is always a high earning potential for New Homes sales advisers. Furthermore this is a golden opportunity for any individual looking to progress within the New Homes industry.

The candidate will need property sales experience - ideally new homes - but will consider estate agency (sales and lettings)

The Role:

  • Liaising with clients and assisting them at the Marketing Suite
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with private events
  • Working closely with team and Sales Manager
  • Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong customer facing background
  • Impeccable manner
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of the surrounding area
  • Previously sold off-plan/on-site/from a Marketing Suite
  • Previous property sales experience
  • Interest in the New Homes industry
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Desire to learn and progress

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience (+ £35,000 - £55,000 OTE)

Working Pattern:

10am - 6pm, must be able to work some weekends
