With properties priced well in the millions, a prestigious international consultancy is urgently seeking an experienced, polished New Homes sales negotiator to join their ambitious team.
Nestled in the heart of London, boasting a combination of both elegance and craftsmanship, you will be involved with London's most exclusive projects.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1 year's New Homes/Luxury property sales/Estate Agency experience, as well as experience liaising with ultra-high-net worth individuals.
Open to Mandarin/Arabic/Russian but impeccable English is a must.
- Liaising with ultra-high net worth clients and assisting them at the Marketing Suite
- Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting with private events
- Working closely with team and Sales Manager
- Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
- Communicating with site managers and development team
The suitable candidate:
- Strong customer facing background
- New Homes sales/ luxury property sales/high-end real estate/estate agency experience
- Impeccable manner
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong knowledge of Mayfair and the surrounding areas
- Interest in the New Homes industry
- Must be able to work weekends
- Desire to learn and progress
- Preferred: Fluent in either Mandarin/Arabic/Russian
In return our client is offering:
Base salary up to £30,000 dependent on experience OTE £55,000+
5 day week
10am - 6pm, must be able to work weekends
