Will ONLY consider candidates with relevant New Homes/Estate Agency/Residential Sales/Sold Off-plan experience.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Enhance knowledge of Kent as an area
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Switched on, sales savvy and driven
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £27,000 (dependent on the person)
- £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
