My client is looking for a senior/experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to sell from their beautiful development in East Hampshire (Bordon/commutable from London).
Based on site, within a marketing suite, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent who has experience selling off-plan.
My client will consider backgrounds from - estate agency, residential sales. However if you have worked directly for another developer, that would be preferable.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- 5 days a week, must be able to work every weekend
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
- New Homes experience / experience selling off-plan
- Up to £26,000 (depending on the individual)
- £47,000+ OTE approx
