Salary £20000 - £25000 per annum Sector Admin Sector

My client, is an international, luxury match making company based in the heart of central London. They are looking for a well presented and spoken Front of House and PA to work with the lovely team in their beautiful office in Mayfair.

The receptionist's role will involve:

  • meeting and greeting clients on a daily basis

  • management of the office

  • being the first point of contact for prospective clients

  • liaising with key parties e.g. client relationship managers and senior staff

  • ensuring all supplies of all collateral are kept in stock

  • managing the owners diary

The successful receptionist will have:

  • intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Knowledge

  • good communication skills - both in person and on the telephone

  • the ability to communicate with High Net Worth individuals

  • good organisational skills

  • a personable and presentable demeanour
