I am looking for a well-presented, warm and confident person to become the face of a 5* brand in Prime Central London. This is a customer-facing role and the successful applicant will have outstanding customer service skills. We are open to candidates from a range of different high-end backgrounds from private members clubs, luxury retail, high end residential and hotels to sales, 5* hospitality and airlines.

- You will be the face of the brand - as the first point of contact you will meet and greet residents
- Answer any queries
- Demonstrate strong administration skills
- Book reservations, suggest activities, arrange transportation
- Interact with residents
