Our client is a boutique family run Estate Agency based in West London. They are looking for a temporary, ongoing Lettings Progressor to join their dynamic and extremely busy lettings team in Notting Hill. This role would be perfect for someone who has 6 months to 1 year lettings admin or branch office coordinator experience in a reputable Estate Agency.
Duties will include -
- Ensure all tenancy records are complete and up to date
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with email enquires
- Coordinating maintenance staff
- Ordering building materials
- Liaising with building material suppliers
- Tenancy contract preparation and other relevant documents to do with Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
- General office admin duties.
The ideal candidate will:
- Excellent Microsoft package skills
- Be used to working in a fast paced environment
- Be proactive and organised
