General Manager required for prestigious, high- profile residential complex in Central London. This well-known flagship residential development is set to launch in September and needs an experienced, capable and customer focused General Manager to join as soon as possible.
The client is a highly-regarded property management firm specialising in the residential management of trophy buildings throughout Central London. This latest venture sees them partner with a well-known developer on a luxury residential development near the West End.
The complex is set to launch in September 2017 and will offer luxury apartments and penthouses with award-winning interiors, as well as private cinema, gym, spa, restaurant, wine cellars and sauna. There will be a concierge service and a General Manager is required to manage the staff and the building.
The General Manager will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and setting the bar for all residential developments in London. You will be required to establish relationships with residents, contractors and team m,embers and ensure that a best in class service is adhered to at all times. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for staff training and welfare, and the maintenance and appearance of the building and facilities.
We are looking for a General Manager from a 5 star hospitality background. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of how to deal with HNWIs. You must have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and strong people management experience.
