Our client are an exclusive and professional property management firm based in West London. They manage residential freehold property as well as some of London's most exclusive private communal gardens. Our client are actively growing their portfolio and are looking for someone to join the team to deal with administration and to assist the property managers. The role has the potential for someone to gain an understanding of property management which will lead to becoming a property manager. This role would ideal suit a graduate who is looking to build a career in Residential Property Management.
The role is very diverse, property inspections, booking in contractors, attending meetings with clients, dealing with garden matters, issuing garden keys, involvements in garden events.
A suitable candidate would have a property degree but it isn't essential. They would need to be presentable, the ability to think outside of the box and work as part of a team. There will be on occasions the need to attend evening meetings.
To discuss this further please apply and Nick Hammond will be in touch to discuss next steps.
