An internationally acclaimed and pioneering developer is seeking a Head of Customer Care to take overall responsibility for management of the completions team and for the successful handover of the apartments from the construction delivery team to the purchaser.
This new build developer has a portfolio that consists of some of the most sort after new homes schemes throughout London, and therefore requires someone who has managed the completions process for large numbers of units within this market previously.
The key function of this role is to build and manage a team of Customer Service Managers whilst creating and implementing New Homes After-Care procedures throughout the development completions process.
You MUST be experienced in New Homes Customer Services/ After-Care and Completions.

- Completion of home manuals: sourcing, collation, design and production.
