Deverell Smith are currently working on behalf of a very unique estate agency that are seeking a Head of New Homes to help grow and expand this division.
This property company are well known in their market and therefore require someone with relevant experience within a recognised, London developer or consultancy who has innovative and exciting ideas
- Creating and leading sales pitches and presentations
- Proactively maintaining and developing relationships with required clients
- Developing sales and marketing strategy, tactics, plans and profit targets
- Acting as an ambassador for the company
- Achieving personal goals as well as assisting in building a team
- Offering constant guidance to other various departments
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Good initiative and enthusiasm
- Ambition to grow within a company as well as helping the company develop
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients and good organisation and planning skills
- Good ability to pitch and win business, contacts within the industry would be highly desirable
- The ability and experience in motivating and leading a team
Please note; proven Senior Sales Management experience within the London Residential Development industry is essential for this role.
