The ideal candidate for this Senior Property Manager role must:

  • ARLA qualified
  • Have at least 5 years experience as a Property Manager, looking after a portfolio of residential properties
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance relating to Property Management and lettings etc
  • Have self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude!
  • Must be professional, positive, diligent and diplomatic.
  • The ideal candidate will be driven and well presented.
  • Be a team player who is highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Have a full drivers licence and car

This Senior Property Manager role will include but will not be limited to the duties below:

  • Managing a property portfolio of 315 private residential tenancies and preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
  • Managing 3 other Property Managers
  • This role will be the most senior within the Property Management department and would need to lead from the front.
  • Foster excellent working relationship with the frontline lettings negotiators
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, negotiators and other associates within the estate agency.
  • Carrying out property inspections, reporting to landlords and arranging and monitoring works and repairs where necessary.
  • Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments and handling tenancy deposit returns.
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants and handling any issues or disputes.
  • Maintaining and updating anything relating to regulations, ensuring and maintaining compliance
