My client is a firm with a global presence and is looking to recruit someone to head up their expanding valuations team in their West End office. They have big goals for the coming years and sees a strong professional services team as a core asset to building a top rated business in the UK.
The role would ideally suit a candidate who is looking for a new and exciting challenge having had past experience of building and running a successful team of valuation surveyors.
The work will predominantly encompass loan security valuation work on mainstream assets. Therefore experience in this field and with mainstream assets is essential. The role will also encompass working day to day with the other teams within the business.
