We are working with a prestigious New Homes luxury developer who are keen to add an on-site sales consultant to a hugely sought after new development in the heart of the city. This role is perfect for an experienced property sales executive to be based within a luxury marketing suite dealing with local and international investors, converting leads to business and guiding them through the sales process, supported by state of the art marketing and branding.
The key responsibilities for this role are
- Agreeing sales and pushing through to completion. Providing weekly management reports and updates line management.
- Offering a professional, consultative sell to clients
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings in the marketing suite
- Following up potential leads and closing deals
- Maintaining marketing suite presentation and admin duties
The ideal candidate will ideally have
- property sales experience, ideally within new homes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Motivation to drive sales and take initiative
- Strong negotiations skills
- Positive attitudes and be a team player
Salary: Basic up to £26,000 with OTE £45,000-£55,000
