I am currently looking for an experienced housing officer for a temp position in Central London. My client is looking for someone who is competent within a housing officer position and can hit the ground running in terms of joining the business, the organisation is relatively new but have big goals long term and short term for the growth of the business.
The ideal person they would be looking for to start would have a good work ethic along with having an up-beat personality, very much a people person and organisation skills are a must.
Tasks would include things such as-
-Liaising with project managers on a daily basis
-Carrying out affordability assessments for new tenants
-Building a good relationship with local authority partners
-Efficiently inputting new tenancies into the main database.
-Preparing documents for tenancy agreements
We are looking for someone with a generic housing management background for a period of 4-6 months.
