Immediate Start Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant Role

Salary £23000 - £26000 per annum + up to £60,000+ OTE Sector New Homes

From London to Surrey, to Buckinghamshire, Oxford and Cambridge, the UK's most prestigious developers and property firms are searching for experienced New Homes sales negotiators. With an abundance of luxurious stock there is a very high earning potential for a sales-savvy and switched on individual. With a clear career path to offer, one can rapidly progress to a senior or managerial level. If you have sold off plan, from a marketing suite, or have worked as an estate agent and fancy a change, we would love to hear from you.

The candidate will need either new homes or property sales or estate agency experience.

The Role:

  • Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team
  • Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous property sales experience, ideally within New Homes
  • Strong organisation skills/ability to multitask
  • Interest in the new homes industry and progression
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work weekends (on a rota)
  • Desire to learn

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE up to £60,000+) - dependent on experience

Working Pattern:

10am - 6pm with weekends on a rota basis
