International Property Administrator

An award winning, rewarding and ambitious property company are looking to recruit an International Property Administrator to support the International Property sales department with administration and marketing duties. Not only does this company have a great atmospheric office environment, you will be involved with some fantastic team events.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Requesting and tracking invoices and payments
• Uploading sales on to company CRM system (Salesforce)
• Maintaining reports of KPI’s utilising Salesforce (CRM) data
• All international administration including correspondence with clients and customers by both telephone and email
• Communicating with Lawyers and other service providers
• Assisting in producing comment on industry news
• Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions and company seminars, including booking exhibition space, hotel rooms, flights etc and assisting with the design, production and coordination of marketing material

The International Property Administrator will require the following skills and experience:
• Experience of CRM and Accounting systems advantageous
• General administration experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Commitment to and awareness of the team and changing workloads
• Ability to meet deadlines and taking personal ownership to achieve team goals
• Excellent attention to detail

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
