International Sales Consultant
We are currently working with one of the largest UK property developers. They are looking for a driven individual to join their international sales team here in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience selling overseas, and someone who is happy to do a lot of international travel.
Our client is looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years property experience working for a large agency selling across a portfolio of developments and has a proven sales track record.
- Selling across multiple developments, both off and on plan to international buyers
- International travelling
- Working Mon-Fri with weekends on a rota basis.
- Conducting viewings
- Creating, progressing and closing sales
- Articulate and well presented
- Must have a strong knowledge of the new homes market in central London
- Strong seller
- International property experience ideal but not essential
- Self-motivated, and money driven.
- Have excellent property knowledge and a strong interest in New Homes
- Able to understand a client's needs and sell correctly within the portfolio
- Property sales experience is a must
