Inventory Clerk – Estate Agent
A highly successful South London based independent estate agency is looking to recruit an Inventory Clerk to assist with the running of their substantial lettings portfolio based in the Bromley and South East London area
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in RESIDENTIAL INVENTORY CLERK or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, and ideally have worked previously in an Estate or Lettings Agency. You will be responsible for carrying out check in’s and check out’, Inventory make up’s; conducting inspections of all managed properties and assisting with office administration.
Due to the nature of the job you will need a full UK driving licence and the use of a car is essential.
The skills required for this RESIDENTIAL INVENTORY CLERK (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Experience in conducting inventories, check in’s and out’s
- Property Management experience
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License and car owner
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
