Due to the fast growing industry this is the perfect opportunity to build a rewarding career in property. If we want to build 300,000 new homes a year, we need more New Homes Sales Negotiators!
As a temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be required to help sell contemporary apartments and luxury family homes off-plan from a marketing suite via a model, show apartment and floor plan.
You will be responsible for
- The day-to-day running of the development
- Front of house, reception duties
- Taking potential buyers on viewings
- Generating and exceeding sales targets
- Offering excellent customer service to high net worth and first time buyers
We want to hear from individuals that have impeccable knowledge of the property market together with excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience with HNW's. It would be advantageous to have customer service and face-to-face sales experience. The role includes weekend and bank holiday working.
