Our client has several offices in Bristol and is one of the largest independent letting agents. They are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a methodical approach and a real enthusiasm to join their team and provide great customer service.
Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen, for an experienced individual to manage the accounts department within a quality Lettings and Property Management firm.
The Accounts Managers main areas of responsibility will include the Processing of monthly rent payments, the processing of initial funds and accomplishment of bank reconciliation.
-Processing month rent payments
-Paying management fees and contractors
-Chasing outstanding rents
-Creating batch payments to pay landlords
-Receipting initial funds accurately
-Paying landlords and agencies
-Supporting tenancy manager
-Supporting Property Managers
-Complying with ARLA client account regulations
-Experience dealing with a large property portfolio of managed properties accounts
-The ability to work accurately with numbers
-Strong organisation skills are a prerequisite
-Will have dealt with Landlords accounts
-Expertise with CFP Winman would be an advantage but is not essential
-Customer service driven
This is a full time position Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.
