Sales & Lettings Administrator

·Basic £27,000
·Monday to Friday
·1 year Maternity Cover initially


We are looking to recruit a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join an established property company in Wimbledon.
Required for the role

·Lettings Administration experience
·Great customer service skills
·Confident, efficient and well presented individual
·Minimum of 2 years’ experience
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The Role
·Usual estate agency administration duties
·Ensuring all necessary AML documentation is on file
·Assisting with the management of the website and portals
·Liaising with suppliers and reordering
·Liaising with the owner of the business on a daily basis
·Assisting as support to help the other team members

·Salary (depending on experience)
·20 Days Holiday + BH + Christmas
·9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
