A high-end estate agency, based in Chelsea, are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
Day to day duties of their Lettings Administrator will include:
- Preparation of all tenancy documentation
- Arranging signing and execution of tenancy documentation
- Dealing with pre-tenancy queries
- Checking tenant references
- Registering of deposits
The ideal Lettings Administrator will have:
- At least 6 months experience within lettings administration
- Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
This role offers a salary of £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
