Are you a Lettings Administrator with at least 6 months experience? Are you are able to deliver great customer service and manage a portfolio of 100 properties? If so, I would love to hear from you!

A high-end estate agency, based in Chelsea, are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their team.

Day to day duties of their Lettings Administrator will include:

  • Preparation of all tenancy documentation
  • Arranging signing and execution of tenancy documentation
  • Dealing with pre-tenancy queries
  • Checking tenant references
  • Registering of deposits

The ideal Lettings Administrator will have:

  • At least 6 months experience within lettings administration
  • Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines

This role offers a salary of £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
