Lettings Administrator - Chelmsford - £18,000-£19,000pa depending on experience

Our clients have been established in the Essex Property Market for over 30 years, the majority of which hold a strong market presence in the town they operate in.
We are seeking an Administrator with 6 months to 1 years experience in Lettings to join their well established Lettings Department.
Candidates may also considered on a part-time basis for 4 full days a week, if they retain the relevant experience required.
- Looking after a bespoke database used by our clients landlords
- Primarily, retrieving files from one database, renaming and moving to another.
- A strong attention to detail is essential.
- Good customer service is required
- You will be the first point of contact for landlords with queries on how to use the portal and all such communications.
- Such enquiries and replies will be processed electronically, so no face to face contact with clients.
- We will also look to cross train this individual in other areas of lettings administration.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.
