I am looking for a Lettings Administrator to join a bustling Estate Agency in Prime Central London. The right candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have at least 6 months experience in a similar role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected name within the property industry. It will suit someone with the ability to work independently and business operating systems including Microsoft Office / Property Management systems. A genuine interest in property is essential.


  • Conduct viewings to prospective tenants
  • Process and respond to lettings enquiries in a timely manner
  • Respond to email / phone enquires in a timely manner and follow the rental customer journey to ensure a high conversion of enquiries to viewings and lettings
  • Process resident applications including completion of background and credit checks
  • Assist with deposits, check-in and check-out and the collection of rent.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the general cleanliness and appearance of the property

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 6 months experience in property letting or related business
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting a product
  • Ability to work across different properties in London (Zones 1-2)

The role is offering a salary between £20,000-£25,000
