Lettings Administrator – Residential Lettings
Our client, a highly successful, Independent Estate and Lettings Agency group, are looking to recruit a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team based at their branch in the Hampton area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in lettings administration within the residential Lettings property sector. You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include preparing tenancy agreements and dealing with renewals, ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and organising Gas Safety Certificates as well as assisting with property management issues.
The skills required for this LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER role will include:
- Residential sales experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate new business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent spoken and written English
