Lettings Administrator & Account Manager - Maternity Cover

A successful residential Estate Agency in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator & Account Manager to manage new and existing rentals and renewals from their busy office in Marylebone.
This role will cover all aspects of drawing up new tenancies, arranging the paperwork from start to finish, drawing up renewal agreements and arranging checkouts.
This role will also involve supporting the day to day running of the Property Management department.
The right candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, a good eye for detail, be computer literate, flexible, well presented and able to work on own initiative.
Previous experience of supporting a fast paced team and knowledge of lettings legislation is essential. 
For the accounts aspect of the role the candidate will be required to do the following;
- Pay Landlords
- Pay Contractors
- Collect Rents
- Chase Arrears
- Invoice for fees
The ideal candidate will have CFP Winman experience.
