Our client is a boutique family run Estate Agency based in the heart of Prime Central London They are looking for an experienced Lettings Progressor to join their dynamic and extremely busy lettings team in Oxford Street. This role would be perfect for someone who has 6 months to 1 year lettings admin or branch office coordinator experience in a reputable Estate Agency.
Duties will include -
- Ensure all tenancy records are complete and up to date
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with email enquires
- Coordinating maintenance staff
- Ordering building materials
- Liaising with building material suppliers
- Tenancy contract preparation and other relevant documents to do with Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
- General office admin duties.
The ideal candidate will:
- Excellent Microsoft package skills
- Be used to working in a fast paced environment
- Be proactive and organised
