Responsibilities of this Lettings Co-ordinator role include:
- Processing new offer sheets and relevant liaising
- Undertaking all references needed
- Keeping all parties informed
- Overseeing contract details including key release with agent
- Sending out welcome pack to all parties
Experience and Attributes needed for this Lettings Co-ordinator role include:
- Being well organised and able to prioritise workload
- Having a proven track record of building relationships with demanding customers
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent PC skills - especially Excel
- Being flexible, reliable and a team player
- Excellent telephone manner
