ESTATE AGENT Letting Administrator St John’s Wood NW8 £23-24,000 subject to experience

My client is looking for an experienced Coordinator to support their small but busy lettings team based in St John’s Wood. Previous experience in residential lettings desirable.

Responsibilities will include:
·Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
·Dealing directly with landlords and tenants and any other clients and applicants
·Tenancy progression including referencing, lettings compliance checks, and associated correspondence
·Anti-money laundering checks
·Arranging photography, floorplans and EPCs and uploading to Vebra property records
·Updating website property advertising
·General lettings administration
·Dealing with tenancy renewals and terminations
·Deposit registrations and overseeing deposit returns
·Maintaining and updating the Lettings Ledger daily
·Organizing contractors for pre and post managed tenancy works and informing landlords of costs or quotes where applicable.
·Overseeing lettings keys
·Filing of any associated paper work
·Assisting with arranging inventories
·Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
