An exciting opportunity has arisen with a quality independent with multiple offices across the Leeds area.
Our client, is committed to the highest standards of service, and now seek a like-minded individual to join them as a Lettings Administrator.
Playing a vital aspect for the Lettings team, the desirable candidate will have previous experience in the property industry, however this isn’t essential if you have a strong background in a similar administrative position.
The duties will include:
  • Writing up contracts
  • Coordinating move ins
  • Registering tenants
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with enquiries via email, telephone and face to face
  • Assisting the Property Manager and the Lettings Negotiators
  • Viewings – when necessary 

The ideal candidate for this position will be:
  • Articulate, organised and personable
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
  • An understanding of the property market
  • Smart appearance

To be considered for this position you MUST have a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.
