Lettings Manager - Highbury, North London
Our clients are a small independent property company that specialise in Sales, Lettings and Property Management in the North London area. They have been established since 1994 and their company continues to expand and further offices are planned for the future. They are seeking a highly experienced, confident Manager, with a proven track record of listing, excellent leadership and good communication skills for their established fast paced office.
They are heavily focused on customer service and expect all of their staff to offer the best possible service to their clients and members of the public. Your role is to build the business as well as lead and motivate the team. It is essential you are a team player and able to maintain their core principles.
You must be prepared to go out and get new business and present new innovative ideas. Be sales driven and able to follow up and manage existing business leads and follow traditional methods of gaining new business.
Ideally you will have already built a successful Lettings career and now looking for a new opportunity and challenge. This will suit a professional individual who is smart and well presented with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
You will need to possess a strong drive and determination to succeed and be able to develop your team to perform to the best of their ability through encouragement and training.
Skills required for the role included:
* Strong listing skills
* Local market experience preferred
* Proactive approach to winning new instruction
* Strong Leadership skills
* Good motivation skills
* Driven and enthusiastic
Basic: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £50,000 - £55,000
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday with day off in lieu
