You will be Identifying opportunities to generate new business, growing the market share and supporting a highly successful team in this upmarket, riverside suburb of West London with its expensive range of properties and higher than average commissions.
We are seeking a LETTINGS MANAGER who is experienced and pro-active, energetic and motivating and who is looking for a long career for a company that can offer excellent career progression! A strong Assistant Lettings Manager may be considered if, as in Britain’s Got Talent, you can impress the judges!
The skills required for this LETTINGS MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Experienced in valuations and listing of residential rental properties
- Managing staff effectively
- Excellent sales ability
- High standards of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Morden area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
