Lettings Manager – Estate Agent
We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings, thrives on putting deals together and can win new Lettings Listings in a competitive market place.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LETTINGS MANAGER / ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.
You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out listings, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion. The right candidate will be at least 2 years’ experience, be proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.
The skills required for this LETTINGS MANAGER / ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Ashford / Staines and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
