A rapidly expanding independent agency are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their existing office in Balham to increase market share and office performance.
You will be tasked with managing a team of 4 negotiators, increasing stock levels and ensuring everyone in your team is firing on all cylinders. Longer term, you will be expected to recruit or promote one of your team to more senior valuer position to assist with stock winning duties. With multiple new offices in the pipeline, my client is looking for an experienced manager who can create further managers, mentoring and nurturing their staff. Experience of training your staff, and a consistently strong track record of improving office performance will enable you to really hit the ground running in this role.
Established over 10 years ago in East London, they now have offices on both sides of the river and have targeted reaching 25 offices within 10 years. In order to achieve that level of scaling, they have brought on board an industry heavyweight, with an excellent track record at board level across a number of UK Estate Agency brands. They invest heavily in staff training, evidenced by the fact that at least two of their existing managers joined the companies as trainees. Their offices are very contemporary, think apple store rather than bog standard high street estate agent. With an excellent brand behind them, strong marketing budget and ambitious plans they are set to continue their rapid expansion into 2017 and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least 3 years experience as a lettings manager in London
- A full UK driver's license
- Knowledge of the South West London
- High end customer service skills
- The drive to excel in a target driven environment
- A track record of increasing office performance year on year
Salary and benefits
- £50,000 Basic Salary
- £100,000 On Target Earnings
- E-Class Mercedes AMG Line Convertible
- Annual bonus of up to £20,000 in addition to office override
