A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings professional.
My client are looking for a negotiator, with at least 1 years’ experience, to join their dedicated and experienced lettings department for a 9-12 month contract.
The job will include the following:
Dealing with enquiries
Booking appointments Carrying out viewings Tenancy agreements and negotiations
Booking market appraisals
General office administration
Compatible skill set:
Excellent written and communication skills The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail
Able to work well in a team Confident in dealing with HNW clients
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Office, Excel and Word Excellent telephone manner Immaculately presented
Strong knowledge of the market and the areas they cover Previous experience in Residential Lettings
Full UK clean driving licence and own car.
The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
