A well established Residential Estate Agency in Worcester are looking to recruit a full time Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years property management or lettings experience and be very customer focused.
The role will be general property management to include:
- Dealing with day to day maintenance calls
- Carrying out property visits and sending reports to Landlords – dealing with any follow up work required
- Carrying out check outs, sending reports to Landlords and negotiating charges with tenants
- Compiling inventories
- Ensuring properties are compliant for gas and electric
- Rent renewals and reviews
- Assisting with lettings progression
- Liaising with utility companies
The successful candidate must be personable, with excellent communication skills, and excellent problem solving/mediation skills. A strong administrative background is essential and knowledge of the property industry or experience with property management is highly advantageous. The role demands an intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook and confidence with information systems/databases is crucial.
