Property Manager- Residential Lettings
A personable and customer focused individual is currently required by an upmarket residential estate and letting agent with a substantial portfolio in Central Birmingham, to join them as a Property Management Assistant.
This is an extremely varied and interesting role covering the full range of property management administration, providing support to the Senior Property Manager as and when required, and being a professional point of contact for tenants, local residents, contractors and other professionals.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a property administration role, knowledge of Assured Shorthold Lettings and other tenancies, as well as good customer service and IT skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required as well as good numeracy skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
