Live-in Property Manager Couple

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service focussed couple to join a privately owned, international property investment and management company based in Knightsbridge. They own and manage in excess of £40 million worth of assets across the country that consistently achieve superior market performance.

This role will suit a customer service driven couple who are happy to live on-site and work flexible hours. The site is based in SW London (zone 1) You will possess the ability and skills required to maintain the same level of service as the Resident Manager in their absence. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide cleaning services to the building with the balance of the work being Customer Service, Fire Safety, Life Safety, Emergency Response, Leasing & Administration, and Property Maintenance.

The Resident Manager couple will be primarily responsible for the upkeep of the physical property and grounds and ensure they are maintained in accordance with established company standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

*External and internal maintenance and cleaning
*Thorough preparation of vacant apartments including minor maintenance
*Greeting and interacting with residents in a friendly and professional manner
*Prompt response of resident issues and service requests
*Assist with resident events
*Recognition of residents unique requirements for long term residents
*Promote a neighbourly and community atmosphere
*Fire Safety/Life Safety/Emergency Situation Responsibilities
*Renting and Administrative Duties
*The position requires that one member perform leasing and administrative duties as follows:
*Answer phones professionally
*Show and lease suites to prospective residents
*Process resident applications and conduct credit, reference, and employment checks
*Collection of rents and preparation of bank deposits
*Market surveys and open houses
*Responding to maintenance requests within 24 hours of receiving a written work order
*Daily walk through of each floor, stairwell, and common areas correcting minor deficiencies observed and reporting to the Resident Manager any major deficiencies found
*Must be familiar with operations of mechanical systems at property and ensure all service logs are up to date
*Scheduling and overseeing of the activities of trades and contractors as required

*Strong customer service skills
*Positive attitude towards learning and training
*Well-developed verbal communication skills
*Strong administration and organization skills
*Demonstrated cleaning skills
*Ability to display a professional/presentable appearance/attire
*Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities
*Basic computer and keyboarding skills
*Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
*One individual must be able to lift and push heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances or perform snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time

This role is paying £25,000 per person (£50,000 together) + accommodation and bonuses.
