Our client is a luxury Property Investment and Development company based in the heart of London. They are looking for a polished Customer Care Assistant to join their busy team on site in The City of London.
The Responsibilities of a New Homes Customer Service Assistant:
- Delivering high end customer service
- Inspections of apartments
- Home Demonstrations
- Key Handover
- Keeping customers up to date on the build and completion progress
- Arranging and carrying out purchaser appointments
- Liaising with contractors
- Ensuring all apartments are set up for handovers
- Carry out visits for surveyors
- Taking enquires and updating records
- Report and file all completion forms
New homes experience is preferable but not necessary.
