Deverell Smith are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on-site within a sales & marketing suite for a high end luxury developer based in South London.
This position requires someone with an understanding of the new build and off-plan sales processes along with property knowledge of the surrounding area.
Prior experience within new homes sales is preferable.
The role of New Homes Sales negotiator will include
- Overseeing the site from launch
- Offering a professional, consultative sell to clients
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings in the marketing suite
- Maintaining marketing suite presentation and admin duties
- Following up potential leads and closing deals
- Previous property sales experience
- Confidence and ability to articulate well with all potential customers
- Well presented
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary up to £25,000
